Vyas 50mg Capsule is an oral prescription medicine containing lisdexamfetamine dimesylate 50mg. Lisdexamfetamine is a central nervous system stimulant that is converted in the body to dextroamphetamine. It affects neurotransmitter activity involved in attention, alertness, and impulse control. It is indicated for ADHD in adults and children aged 6 years and older, and for moderate-to-severe binge-eating disorder in adults. It is not indicated or recommended for weight loss or treatment of obesity.
Because lisdexamfetamine has a high potential for abuse and misuse, it should only be used under appropriate medical supervision. Misuse or abuse of CNS stimulants can result in serious complications, including overdose and death.
